Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, property or job location, job description, access information and photographs you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand the requested work, prepare or discuss a quote, coordinate access and service delivery, keep appropriate job records, issue required documents and meet legal or business obligations.
Online quotation enquiries
Our website provider processes the details you submit and securely forwards them to our internal quotation system. The customer record is held in our company-managed system and is not publicly searchable. Temporary abuse-prevention counters are held by our website provider; they do not contain your name, email, work address or description. Do not include keysafe codes, identity documents or payment card details in this form.
Sharing and protection
Information is only shared where reasonably required to deliver the requested service, comply with law, or work with authorised service providers. We do not publish customer names, contact details, unit numbers or identifiable job information as website case studies without appropriate permission.
